1. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Carriers: We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
4. International Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, American Flag Overalls is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We are happy to ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these addresses can only be serviced via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at support@americanflagoveralls.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged item. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.
9. Restricted Countries
We currently do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions, or any other countries where shipping restrictions apply. If you attempt to place an order to a restricted country, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
